Film wedding photography
Alongside the digital coverage, I can add film wedding photography: two rolls of 35mm film at your wedding. It’s a small extra, not a separate service: a few photos with a different grain and colour, made for sharing. The photos your feed is missing.
Why add film to your wedding
I photograph most of your wedding in digital. That’s what gives you the whole story and the certainty that nothing important is missed. Film is a small extra on top: two rolls, a few frames with a different grain and colour. The photos that won’t look like the other 700.
They’re made for sharing. For example, put a handful of film photos in your feed or your stories, and they don’t look like anything else on the screen. That’s why more and more couples ask for them.
How film works on the day
I shoot the two rolls alongside the digital coverage, so you don’t lose anything. I choose the moments myself as the day goes on: the getting ready, the portraits, your guests, the moments in between. In the key moments, like the walk down the aisle or the first kiss, digital comes first.
Then a lab develops the rolls and scans the negatives. Finally, you receive the scans in digital, ready to share.
